Mr. Phillips is President of Global Market Development in San Diego California. His leadership and extensive experience in the areas of finance, marketing and corporate communications for natural resource and other companies is the key to surpassing client expectations. A University of California - Santa Barbara graduate, Mr. Phillips has owned and operated PR firms, a financial newsletter publisher and a small-cap-oriented merchant banking firm. Mr. Phillips is also president of a company that has done real estate development in California and Nevada.

Mrs. McQuade was most recently Vice President of Business Development for the Western US and Asia for the American Stock Exchange (AMEX). She worked with IPO's, Reverse Mergers and transfers from other exchanges. Prior to joining the Amex, she spent seven years at Lehman Brothers in Fixed Income Trading and Global Asset Management. She holds her Series 3, 7, 63 and 65 licenses. She graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in Finance and pursued graduate studies at Columbia University.

Mr. Cullivan has owns a consulting firm focused on business development. Previously he functioned as CFO and Vice President of Operations for Ubrandit, where he was instrumental in developing the company, taking it public and selling it to Mindtronics Corporation. Other experience includes serving as President of a financial publishing company and a financial research web site, Senior Sales and Market Analyst for DenMat Corporation, Director of Operations for NF Corporation, and Financial Analyst for the City Manager's Office of Santa Maria, California.
Since 1992, he has served as a professor of micro and macroeconomics, personal finance and managerial economics at several west coast colleges and universities. Mr. Cullivan earned a BA and MA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
