Greg McKelvey
Mr. McKelvey, MS. Geol. has more than forty years of extensive, international experience in Latin America, Africa and Europe in expanding responsibilities for significant mining companies such as Kennecott, Cominco, Homestake and Phelps Dodge. He has worked for the USGS in Latin America and consulted for Phelps Dodge, Newmont, Gerald Metals and Quadra. Mr. McKelvey has successfully directed and led innovative exploration efforts which have resulted in the discovery and identification of three major ore deposits: one of which went into production, one is in final feasibility, and one in pre-feasibility. He participated in or led the teams that discovered Sossego (Cu/Au) in Brazil; Sheep Creek (Zn, Cu, Co) in Montana, Spar Lake--Cabinet Mts. (Cu, Ag) in Montana; Sechura (P2O5) in Peru, extensions of the Punta de Cobre (Cu/Au) deposits in Chile, extensions of ore at Chino (Cu) in New Mexico and the porphyry copper center at Sierra Gorda in Chile

 
Mark Brown
Mark Brown is president and director of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Pacific Opportunity is a financial consulting and merchant banking firm active in venture capital markets in North America. Mr. Brown is also an officer and director of a number of public and private companies, including Animas Resources, Rare Element Resources, Pitchstone Resources, Almaden Resources, and Sutter Gold Mining. His corporate activities include transactions, financings and corporate financial planning. Prior to joining Pacific Opportunity, Mr. Brown's background included managing financial departments of two TSE 300 mining corporations: Eldorado Gold and Miramar Mining. Mr. Brown has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and became a Chartered Accountant while with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

 
Greg Wilfahrt
Mr. Wilfahrt co-founded SMS.ac, serving as executive vice president. With registered members in 187 countries, SMS.ac is the largest community of mobile phone consumers in the world. Mr. Wilfahrt was vice president of public relations and marketing at MP3.com, a publicly-traded music service provider that was acquired by Vivendi Universal. Mr. Wilfahrt founded WWC, an award-winning advertising, public relations and marketing agency. Clients included General Electric, DIRECTV, Panasonic, San Diego Padres, San Diego State University Athletics, 7-11 Convenience Stores, Bruegger's Bagels and Citizen. Greg has addressed members of Congress on several occasions regarding the distribution of digital content over the Internet and to mobile devices. He holds a bachelors degree in Journalism from San Diego State University.

 
Mark Isaacs
Mr. Isaacs has over 18 years of experience in the precious metals markets starting as a commodities trader in the 1980's. In the early 1990's he successfully completed the acquisition of the Shafter Silver mine in Texas, with a proven resource of over 40 million oz, from Gold fields. Mr. Isaacs has also served on the boards of several US companies, most notably Luther Medical Products, where he was instrumental in the sale of the company's key patents to Johnson & Johnson and its eventual sale to Becton,Dickinson (BDX). Mark served as a co-founder of Pediment Exploration company's Mexican subsidiary Compania Minera Pitalla (TSX: PEZ).

 
Darrell Brookstein
Mr. Brookstein has been an investment banking and venture capital executive in a career spanning more than 30 years. He has invested hundreds of millions of dollars for himself and his clients in promising industries, including, biotech, oil and gas, the internet, advanced technologies and mining. He has owned and operated investment banking, venture capital, private equity, futures trading, Registered Investment Advisor, financial PR and investor relations firms. His investors have founded and established several dozen public companies, across a broad range of industries, from earliest stages, to stock exchange listing; including: eMagin (OLED technology), Pennaco Energy, Ultra Petroleum, On2.com (video compression technology), and seven significant mining companies. Mr. Brookstein holds a BA from Duke University. In 2002 he founded The Nanotech Company with noted bio-nanoscientist, Erkki Ruoslahti, M.D., Ph.D., and started building a key merchant bank in this vital, emerging industry.

 
Brain Fagan
Mr. Fagan has over 30 years experience in the formation, financing and day-to-day management of publicly-traded, junior mineral exploration companies. As president, CEO and COO of several successful mineral exploration companies, he has conceptualized and managed exploration programs in Canada, USA, Mexico and Argentina.
